Hands-on Store Keeper & Inventory Contr
You will be responsible for the store & inventory administration of our warehouses in the United Arab Emirates incl. all inbound & outbound processes which include but is not limited to
Ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering, and maintaining our inventory.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived or dispatched as per the agreed terms and agreed quantity
Handling of Overseas, GCC and Local shipments including preparing delivery notes, packing lists, AWB, Country of Origin Certificates, SASO, and all related documents.
Assisting in maintaining and re-stocking our other warehouses in the GCC.
Assuring proper tracking of our inventory, including data entry, serial number tracking, maintaining clear and organized records (soft & hard copies) to ensure all reports and paperwork are filed and stored properly.
Taking care of all local UAE deliveries & assisting in actual payment collections.
Appointing, authorizing and coordinating all freight handling & forwarding providers as DHL, FedEx, DB Schenker, UPS.
Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders and cross-check inventory levels.
Ensure that the materials are stored safely and give suggestions on improving our warehouse environment.
Manual Drivers License
Min. 5 years of work experience in the area of storekeeping/inventory mgt. in the UAE.
Very good understanding of supply chain procedures and working knowledge of inventory management software
Very good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English.
